Appointments missed or rescheduled with less than a 48 hour notice are subject to a 50% charge of the missed service price. Repeatedly missed or late rescheduled appointments will result in services being preformed on a walk-in basis only.

Hair color is guaranteed from extreme fade out & Perms are soft and springy, when you take home a stylist recommended shampoo and conditioner at the time of service.
Hair cuts are also guaranteed to style wonderfully when you take home recommended styling products at the time of service.

For our atmosphere and their safety, please arrange for childcare prior to your visit. Infants are not allowed in the salon and services will not be preformed on guest who arrive with infants.
All appointments are booked with plenty of time to enjoy conditioning or color locking treatments or a waxing service. Guest wanting to opt out of upgraded services may experience a short wait time after their shampoo.
Please allow plenty of time for your visit. All appointment times are approximate. Hair is an art and comes in various lengths, textures and conditions. We believe that being on time is very important, but quality of service is even more important. In the unusual event that your stylist may be behind, please be patient as we do not believe in "catching up", as this sacrifices quality.
