Cancellation / Reschedule

A credit card must be placed on file to set up an appointment. 

Please call 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your stylist depends on each and every appointment for their livelihood therefore your card on file will be charged for any appointment missed, cancelled, or changed for any reason, with less than a 48 hour notice.

More than 48 hour notice — no charge
Less than 48 hour notice — 50%
Same day/ No Show – full price

Any reason is to include; called into work, sick pet, child care issue, car problem, to include zombie apocalypse.

In Maine It snows half of the year, so we do stay open when it snows in small amounts. Cancelation policies are waived only if there is a parking ban or schools close. Please choose to make same-day appointments in the winter if you do not drive in in-climate weather.

 

Children

Children are welcomed with their own appointment.

Children must be supervised by an adult who is not receiving services and are welcome in the waiting room only. A salon is never a safe place for infants as aerosol products are in use and can be harmful them; any guest arriving with an infant will be turned away and will be subject to our same day cancelation policy.

 

Service Guarantee

All services are non-refundable. 

We offer a 2 week guarantee on all services and if you would like an adjustment, it is free! Chemical services are only guaranteed when you take home shampoo and conditioner at time of services.

Orbit take home products are guaranteed for 60 days. If you are not fully satisfied we are happy to exchange your product.

 
We would like to inform you that we are keeping up with the recommended steps towards health and safety. We want to assure you that we are keeping a close eye on what the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are recommending as to heed the advice and practices recommended to keep all safe and healthy.

We are strictly enforcing personal hygiene techniques that are most effective at combating viruses, such as hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, and have asked team members who are feeling ill in any way to stay home. We apologize in advance if this affects your scheduled appointment.

As of now we will continue opening during regular hours and conduct business as usual. To further this, we would like to respectfully ask that those who are feeling ill, who are caring for someone ill, or may have recently come into contact with someone who may be ill, please refrain from visiting the salon.
