Cancellation / Reschedule

A credit card must be placed on file to set up an appointment. 

Please call 48 hours ahead to cancel or change your appointment. Your stylist relies on each appointment for their income, so your card will be charged if you miss, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice.

More than 48 hour notice — no charge
Less than 48 hour notice — 50%
Less than 24 hour notice – full price

Any reason is to include; called into work, sick pet, child care issue, car problem, to include zombie apocalypse.

In Maine, it snows for half the year, so we stay open during light snow. Cancellation policies are only waived if there is a parking ban or schools are closed. Please book same-day appointments in winter if you cannot drive in light snow.

 

Children

Children are allowed in service areas only with their own appointments.

Children must be with an adult who isn’t receiving services and can only stay in the waiting room. Salons aren't safe for infants due to aerosol products, which can be harmful. Guests with infants will not be allowed and will be subject to our same-day cancellation policy.

 

Service Guarantee

All services are final. We provide a 2-week guarantee on all services, and adjustments are free. Chemical services are guaranteed only if you purchase our shampoo and conditioner. Orbit take-home products are guaranteed for 30 days, and we will gladly exchange any product if you are not completely satisfied.
